Certificate of fitness (CF) requirements such as PMA, PMT & PMD have been revoked with the repeal of Factories and Machinery Act 1967 (Act 139). However, CF requirements have been established in the new OSHA (A) 2022 under Section 27 (OSH (Plant Requiring Certificate Of Fitness) Regulations 2024) effective June 1, 2024. Therefore, this course will explain the main requirements and action plans for the compliance strategies to these new regulations.
