• Participants will be able to correctly identify the statutory requirements under the CDM Regulations 2024 that trigger the need for a PCI, SHF & CPP, ensuring all construction duties are met.
• Participants will be able to confidently develop, structure, and draft a comprehensive, site-specific PCI, SHF & CPP that effectively addresses key health and safety risks, site rules, and welfare arrangements tailored to their project.
• Participants will learn how to successfully communicate, review, and update the PCI, SHF & CPP throughout the lifecycle of the construction phase, ensuring active risk management and seamless coordination among all duty holders.
