ISO 45001:2018 replaces OHSAS 18001:2007 as the globally recognized occupational health and safety management system certification standard. ISO 45001:2018 is a key driver for any organization managing occupational health and safety in the workplace. The standard sets out key requirements for managing occupational health and safety and is a tool for facilitating improvement in overall health and safety performance.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
- Describe the needs for enhanced involvement of workers and interested parties in an OHS management system
- Understand the need to identify risk and opportunity within an OHS systems and the significance of the development of practical key performance indicators
- Understand and practice internal auditing comply with the standards requirements

INTRODUCTION:
Identification and evaluation of significant environmental aspects and occupational hazards, especially in the planning phase, is the most fundamental part of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. To understand the both principles are the key success factors of implementing an integrated ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 45001 Occupational Safety & Health Management System .This will provide the information and skills required to identify significant aspect and hazards, implement control measures, consult with workers to resolve environmental, health and safety issues and assist employers and will be able to carry out their responsibilities with confidence.

- Able to conduct hazard identification , recognize environmental significant aspect and EOSH risk assessment at their working area.

The participant also will learn effective approach and skill for conducting internal audit to review the implementation and maintain the changes to successfully certification status compliance to new version

INTRODUCTION:
This course is designed to help the participant to understand concepts of risk, risk assessment and risk management as they apply to according to the ISO 28000:2007 then enables participant to carry out risk assessments and apply the necessary controls with supporting management tools (i.e. document controls, key performance indicators, internal audit and training).
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
- Describe the principles of risk management compliance to ISO 28000:2007 perspectives.
- Describe resources and efforts on the areas of high-risk concern and demonstrate security control in daily operation.
- Knowledge of the techniques for security risk mitigation techniques and carry out risk assessments for organisation’s risk strategy
